[rt-users] reply-to email address woes

Hello,

I've been struggling with getting RT to grab the correct domain to
use as a reply-to address. To circumvent this, I started using
Postfix's sender_canonical rewriting feature. This has worked well,
except there is no human readable name attached to the rewrite
addresses.

Is there a way to hard-code in a reply-to domain into RT that would
basically say "no matter what, send out email with this reply-to
address"? Whatever I sent in the web interface seems to be ignored.

Thanks in advance for your help, I hope this question makes sense!
