[rt-users] tickets created in RT don't line-wrap?

Actually, just this morning, I ran across:

white-space: pre-wrap

(That's a little different than "use a fixed width font", primarily in
how it handles email text like <this>.)

Give that a shot. If it works well for you, I'll make the change to the
default styles.
